Installation and Usage Precautions

Pre-installation inspection: Check bolts for damage, deformation, or other defects. Clean the mounting surface to ensure it is free of oil, rust, and debris.
Drilling or Preparing Mounting Holes: When installing on concrete or masonry, it is necessary to pre-drill holes of the appropriate size. When installing on metal structures, you may need to weld or otherwise prepare mounting holes for installation.
Placement and Fixing: Insert the U-bolts into the pre-drilled holes, ensuring they are correctly positioned and perpendicular to the mounting surface. Initially tighten one end nut, but do not fully tighten it yet, so that you can adjust the position later.
Insert the object to be secured: Place the object to be secured (such as a pipe or bracket) into the bend of the U-bolt, ensuring that it is positioned correctly.
Final tightening: Tighten the nuts at both ends evenly, ensuring that the tightening torque on both sides is consistent to prevent uneven stress that could cause the bolts to deform or break.
Safety Check: After installation is complete, check that all connection points are secure and confirm there is no looseness.
Regular Maintenance: U-bolts that are used for extended periods should be regularly inspected for their condition and lubricated or replaced as necessary.
